He is passionate about helping organizations achieve sustainable growth through effective leadership and practical solutions. Latonia Jones Smith brings over 30 years of Federal acquisition and contracting expertise to her work as a strategist, consultant, and educator. She has supported a wide range of contractors, including those in academia, and has provided policy advice on Capitol Hill through the House Committee on Homeland Security. She currently serves as a Strategic Growth Officer for emerging tech companies and leads training for the NIH Path to Excellence and Innovation (PEI) Initiative.
